What foods are particularly dangerous to use for stress eating? Here is an example list:

  • Ready-to-eat breakfast cereals.

Worry a lot and be alone

Stress is not good for our health. We cannot get rid of it completely – but it can control its level with a couple of simple tricks.

But isolation is no less dangerous. If you are one of those who prefer to stay at home more often and socialize less, you are at risk of getting coronary heart disease, diabetes, and Alzheimer’s disease.

Alcohol, drugs, tobacco

Here everything seems to be simple: so many words have been said about the dangers of alcohol, illegal substances, and tobacco that it is simply impossible not to know about the dangers of these habits. However, alas, this does not prevent many people from continuing to drink, smoke, and use drugs.

Avoid fruits and vegetables
