A native of Dagestan, Shugaib Bolatukaev, who became a participant in the conflict in one of the scheduled buses in Moscow, apologized for his behavior. Earlier, during a skirmish, a man promised to “beat the Russians”.
A video of Bolatukaev’s apology was posted on the Telegram channel of the RIA Novosti agency.
“There was a verbal conflict on the bus, where I was harsh in my statements towards the Russian nation. What I sincerely regret, ”said the participant in the conflict in a short video.
This is not the first video with Bolatukaev’s explanations that appeared after the conflict on the bus. Previously, the 29-year-old man, in another video , called other passengers on the bus “Nazis” who insulted both himself and his religious affiliation.
The cause of the conflict, according to some reports, was the refusal of the bus driver to drop the man in the wrong place. The aggressive passenger got into a skirmish with both the driver and other passengers.
Bolatukaev, in particular, introduced himself as a Dagestani and stated that “the time will come when we will beat you all.” Later, the man was detained on the territory of the Kaluga region.
A criminal case was initiated against him under the article “Inciting hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity with the use of violence or with the threat of its use.”
