From the mansion to the hotel
Architect Alexander Bravura worked on the project of house 61 on Zhukovsky Street, built in 1859. In 1911, the architect Vasily Danilov changed its facade, in this form the mansion of M. Ladomirskaya survived until 2013.
For another 15 years, it was an apartment building. Then the building was bought, and the tenants were resettled. By order of the new owner, Energia LLC added an attic, and the owner set up his office there.
– Now he has a completely different field of activity, he decided to convert it into a hotel and sell it. So to speak, get rid of the non-core department, – said the broker leading the deal.
The owner is ready to sell the former Ladomirskaya mansion with an area of 1632 squares for 350 million rubles and not a penny less. According to the broker, you can come and see the house at any time: although the ad has been removed from publication on the online real estate site, the mansion has not yet been sold.
