Corona Crisis Lucknow: Amid rising cases of corona infection in Uttar Pradesh, school closures have been extended once again. Educational institutions in the state will now remain closed until February 6. Earlier, educational institutions were ordered to remain closed till January 23 and then it was extended till January 30.

The latest order issued by the state government states that all schools in Uttar Pradesh will remain closed for offline classes till February 6, however, online classes will continue during this period. The state government has extended school closures to prevent the spread of the corona virus.

Keep in mind that the process of opening schools has started in many states of the country. Despite the easing of restrictions on corona in the national capital, Delhi, no order has yet been issued to open educational institutions. The central government may soon issue guidelines for the reopening of schools across the country.
