COVID VACCINE : With the enactment of the Electoral Code of Conduct, Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s image will no longer be on the code vaccine certificates in five states. The Ministry of Health said in a statement that the ministry would install some filters on the Quinn platform to remove the image of the Prime Minister from the code certificates being issued to people in five constituencies.

It may be recalled that the Election Commission on Saturday announced the program of Assembly elections in five states of Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Manipur and Goa and at the same time the code of conduct was enacted. While in Punjab, Uttarakhand and Goa, voting will be held in one phase on February 14, in Manipur, voting will be held in two phases on February 27 and March 3. Voting will take place in Uttar Pradesh in seven phases from February 10 to March 7. Counting will take place on March 10 in all five states.
