Deputy Minister of Culture Olga Yarilova was replaced by Nadezhda Reverend

On September 24, the press service of the Ministry of Culture announced a personnel reshuffle. Deputy Minister Olga Yarilova left the post of her own free will, Nadezhda Reverend, who previously held the position of director of the Department of Administration and Investments of the Ministry, was appointed in her place.

Gavrilova has worked in the department since 2005 in various positions, her duties included coordinating and supervising the activities of the Department of Regional Policy, Education and Project Management, the Department of Cinematography and Digital Development, the Department of Civil Service and Anti-Corruption, as well as the Russian Cultural Foundation.

Nadezhda Reverend from 2007-2020 worked in the government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, in 2018-2020 she served as Minister of Culture of the region. After that, she went to work at Rosgosexpertiza.

In 2021, she headed the Department for Management of Affairs and Investments of the Ministry of Culture of Russia, where she ensured office work and economic activities, property relations of real estate objects of the Ministry of Culture, and its territorial bodies. She coordinated the work of the Agency for the management and use of historical and cultural monuments.
