Emergency blackouts are being introduced in Kyiv and the region. This was reported on November 15 by TASS with reference to the energy holding DTEK.

They noted that the shutdown schedules that were drawn up earlier are not yet in effect. This comes amid a series of explosions in the Pechersk region on Tuesday evening.

The city of Rivne was partially left without electricity, there was an explosion at a critical infrastructure facility, local authorities say.

The cities of Khmelnytskyi and Lviv were partially de-energized after the explosions. Zhytomyr is completely de-energized. In the Sumy region, emergency power outages are introduced, as in Poltava. The subway stopped in Kharkiv after a “strike on the city”. Problems with electricity in a number of districts of Odessa.
