Gas prices in Europe fell by 10% due to false data on supplies through Nord Stream 2, but then won back the decline, Bloomberg reports.
The delivery data was published at 16-17 hours Moscow time. They were provided by the German gas transmission operator Gascade. Deliveries were reported via an onshore branch from the Libmin II line. The company later called this information erroneous.
Against the background of the information that appeared, the gas price first fell from $ 570 to $ 515 per thousand cubic meters, and then rose to $ 550.
It should be reminded that the completion of the construction of the Nord Stream-2 gas pipeline is scheduled for early autumn, and the pipeline will be launched this year.
