On January 10, Russia and the United States will hold talks on arms control and the situation in Ukraine. This is reported by Agence France-Presse , citing representatives of the White House.

“The United States of America and Russia will sit down at the negotiating table on January 10th. It is planned to discuss issues related to arms control and the situation around Ukraine, ”the newspaper notes.

Earlier it was reported that representatives of the United States and Poland discussed the situation on the border of Russia and Ukraine. They exchanged views on Russia’s military build-up near the border with Ukraine and reaffirmed the importance of Allied unity in diplomatic and containment efforts.
