Ludhiana: An explosion took place in the court complex in Ludhiana, Punjab on Thursday. Some people were reported injured in the blast. The blast is said to have taken place on the second floor. Vehicles on the ground floor were also damaged in the crash. Police have also reached the spot as soon as the incident was reported. Two people have died in the accident. The injured have been rushed to a nearby hospital.
According to sources, an IED exploded in the court. It is said that a large quantity of explosives was used for this purpose. As soon as the blast took place, a stampede broke out in the court premises. According to eyewitnesses, the blast took place in the court bathroom.
