Ingush thief in law Dulat Youlo (Akhmed Sutuly) received another term. The Gagarinsky District Court sentenced him to 2 years 10 months in a general regime colony and immediately released him from punishment for serving time. Meanwhile, the Moscow Regional Court is now considering another case in relation to the convict, so Youlo was not released.
Recall that Dulat Youlo (having lived under the name Akhmed Yevloyev for 43 years, the thief in law decided to change his passport data in 2016) was detained in January 2017 in the Al-Halal teahouse in western Moscow. A packet of spice was found on him. Youlo said the operatives had planted the drugs. He pointed out that his fingerprints were not found on the bag.
And the protocol stated that the bag was removed from his pocket, which was not on the pants of the detainee. After the expiry of the deadline for detention, the thief in law was released on recognizance not to leave. He took advantage of his freedom and gave interviews to TV people. A few months later, history repeated itself – in August 2018, drugs were again found on him – this time a packet of heroin. Youlo announced another provocation.
In November 2018, the Gagarinsky Court of Moscow sentenced Youlo to three years in prison in the first spice case. Meanwhile, at the beginning of August 2019, the deadline for the arrest of the thief in the second case – the storage of a dose of heroin – expired. Around the same time, a new criminal case arose – “occupation of the highest position in the criminal hierarchy” (up to 15 years). As a result, although the Gagarinsky District Court released the thief in law after serving his term, he was not released and will await a verdict in a new case.
Akhmed Sutuly is one of the brightest criminal figures. In 2014, he starred in Valery Todorovsky’s musical comedy “Merry Guys”. In one of the episodes, the brothers bury a certain authority – in the portrait of the deceased one can recognize the now living Akhmed Sutuly. In addition, there is an opinion that he was involved in the murder of the legend of the criminal world – “thief in law” Ded Khasan.
