The Committee for the Improvement of St. Petersburg wants to purchase municipal equipment for 2.73 billion rubles. This is a quarter of the amount that the structure additionally requested from the 2023 budget.
On August 31, the head of the committee, Vasily Ponidelko, during the zero readings of the draft budget for 2023-2025 in the Legislative Assembly of the city, announced that in addition to 31 billion, the Komblag was asking for another 9.77 billion rubles.
Of this amount, 28% (2.73 billion) – is for the purchase of road equipment, and another 14% – is for the maintenance of public green spaces.
The official added that the Finance Committee had previously approved part of the application – for 6 billion rubles, including for the purchase of municipal equipment.
