Healthy eating expert from the UK Michael Mosley called a way to lose 6 kg in 3 months without dieting and training, writes Express.

The specialist cited a study by the University of Nottingham and the Tehran University of Medical Sciences in Iran involving 82 healthy, overweight women who had one thing in common that they finished their meals at about 10 pm.
The participants in the experiment were divided into two groups and asked to follow the rules of the study for 3 months: some of the women continued to eat at their usual time, and some ate 3-4 hours before bedtime. As a result, the participants in the second group lost an average of 7 kg. “They also lost those extra centimeters in the waist, they also had a decrease in cholesterol and blood fats,” Mosley said.
