Meteorological Department : It is getting very cold in Delhi. A minimum temperature of 4.4 degrees Celsius was recorded in Delhi today (Monday), the morning of December 20. According to the Meteorological Department, the maximum temperature in Delhi is likely to be up to 19 degrees Celsius.
The Meteorologiccal Department has forecast cold winds throughout the day in the national capital Delhi. The Meteorologiical Department has also issued a yellow alert. The meteorological department believes that snow is falling in many parts of Uttarakhand, Jammu and Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh. This is having a direct effect on the plains, causing the temperature to drop.
The Meteorological Department said that for the last three days, dry winds have been blowing from Punjab, Haryana and North Rajasthan at a speed of about 10-15 kmph from the northwest and maximum temperature has been recorded below normal. The cold wave is likely to intensify in these areas for the next three days and after that the weather may improve.
