After a brief hiatus, the CB’s national spokesman and Minister for Minority Affairs, Nawab Malik, has once again exposed the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) to another counterfeit comedian. He has produced two audio clips, in one of which a mediator named Medi is summoned by an officer of the NCB, Kiran Babonami, to file a backdated reply in an old case.

In the second audio clip, the Punch witness informs the NCB zonal director Sameer Wankhede that he has been summoned by Karan Babu, on which Wankhede can be heard urging the Punch witness to follow Karan Babu’s instructions without fear. Presenting these audio clips, Nawab Malik has leveled very serious allegations against the NCB and said that the NCB is still engaged in forgery.

Addressing a press conference at his residence, Nawab Malik also revealed that controversial NCB officer Sameer Wankhede had been reported by some senior NCB officials for forgery and misleading people. Despite this, a senior BJP leader in the state is making efforts at the Union Home Ministry to extend the tenure of Wankhede. Are there There will be more opportunities to expose it.

He said that NCB has filed an appeal in the High Court against the bail of his son-in-law Sameer Khan. It’s a game of NCB fame. While the real accused is Karan Sajlani, other accused are also involved in the case. Recovery from the possession of Karan Sajlani was also reported. The NCB did not appeal against this. I have not appealed against Furniturewala but I have filed an appeal against Sameer Khan which shows that NCB is trying to scare me but Nawab Malik is not one of those who are afraid.

I will continue my fight against those who take action against the law. We will fight a court battle. We have filed a petition in the court to end this case. Nawab Malik said that in the documents filed in the High Court, it was stated that 84 kg positive was found in the report while the same agency had given a written statement of 101 gm in the lower court. But the judge upheld the agency’s claim Excluded and acknowledged only 60 grams. Nawab Malik said that NCB has crossed all the boundaries of forgery. If NCB is a professional agency then why did it appeal only against Sameer Khan? We look forward to hearing from the NCB.

Nawab Malik said that the family of the NCB officer has filed a defamation suit against me in the court. The court stopped me from speaking. Respecting the court, I made it clear that if the NCB or any other agency does something wrong, do I have the right to speak out against it? On which the court allowed me to speak. So there is no restriction on me exposing new counterfeits. Now this new issue is to change the arbitration. The question is, what does NCB DG Karan Babu Wasim do to Wankhede in this case? Nawab Malik alleged that the PR agency was being used by smugglers.

Drug peddlers are spending millions of rupees on PR agencies to plant news. He said that while granting bail to Sameer Khan, Justice Jogle had clearly stated in his order that people have been trapped by forgery.

Nawab Malik said that we will continue to expose the forgery of NCB before the court and the people. The kind of forgery that has taken place will also be proved in the defamation suit and in the coming days many more forgeries of NCB will be brought to light.
