Riyadh: Saeed Bahshwan, a member of Saudi Arabia’s National Committee for Hajj and Umrah and Visit Activity, has expressed hope that the number of pilgrims coming from abroad will increase during the next three months of Rajab, Sha’ban and Ramadan. He said the increase would come at a time when travelers from various countries would start arriving in Saudi Arabia after the lifting of Corona sanctions.
He said that the government has completed all the preparations for Umrah pilgrims till Mecca and now Umrah pilgrims from Uzbekistan, Libya, Egypt, Tunisia, Algeria, Indonesia, Pakistan and India have been allowed to enter Saudi Arabia.
He told Al-Arabiya.net that 201 Umrah companies and institutions provide the best services to the pilgrims from their arrival to their departure to their homeland. Extraordinary services have been provided by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for the convenience and convenience of Umrah pilgrims so that the guests of Allah who come to the house of Allah do not face any difficulty in performing the rites and worship.
He directed the companies and institutions providing Umrah services to serve them and to provide the best services and hospitality to the pilgrims including hotel, transportation and catering.
Bahshwan pointed out that the revival of Umrah sector, increase in hotel accommodation activities and increase in transportation in Makkah and Madinah, booking in restaurants, shopping and other means of trade will play a significant role.
