Russia, September 20: PepsiCo has stopped production in Russia. In a statement to Reuters, the American company said on September 20 that it no longer bottles Pepsi, Mirinda, 7Up, and Mountain Dew.

The company’s statement came after the agency found cans and bottles of Pepsi with production dates in July and August in stores in Moscow.

“Subsequently, all concentrate in Russia was exhausted and production ceased,” a PepsiCo spokesman said.

In March, PepsiCo announced that it would continue to sell essential goods in Russia, such as milk and other dairy products, infant formula, and baby food.
