New Delhi: The National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (Amendment) Bill 2021 will be introduced in the Rajya Sabha today amid the ongoing standoff between the opposition and the government in the winter session of Parliament. The Defense Minister will address the House on the helicopter crash.

The Rajya Sabha Bulletin said, “Health Minister Mansak Mandavia has proposed to consider a bill amending the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research Act, 1998, passed by the Lok Sabha. Also, a resolution will be tabled to pass the bill.

The report of the Standing Committee on Commerce, Women’s Empowerment, Steel Coal and Mining will also be tabled in the House.
