Russian lawyer, politician, ambassador of the Russian Federation to Cape Verde Natalya Poklonskaya admitted in an interview with reporters that she did not always do the right thing as a State Duma deputy. Moreover, she knew about some of her mistakes immediately and made them consciously, while others were able to fully realize only after some time.
According to Tatler magazine, Poklonskaya shared her memories of her work as a deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation.
Poklonskaya admitted that she regrets some of her actions in the status of a deputy and considers them to be erroneous. In particular, she mentioned the scandal surrounding the premiere of the film “Matilda” directed by Alexei Uchitel.
“There are mistakes that I made … deliberately. There are mistakes that I made without knowing it. A mistake with” Matilda “including … You can’t deprive people of the right to choose,” Poklonskaya admitted.
