Residents of the largest cities in Russia called the size of a decent pension. RBC wrote about this with reference to the study of the IT service for job search and selection of employees Superjob.
The respondents answered differently depending on the age. Russians under 24 answered that they can live with dignity on 35,800 rubles a month.
Respondents over 45 years old named the amount of 45 thousand rubles. The average desired pension is 43 thousand rubles. This is 8% less than last year’s result, the researchers noted.
It is noted that most of the study participants plan to work after retirement. 24% of the respondents are going to live exclusively on state payments. Personal savings, according to the survey, are in 14% of respondents, other sources of income – in 7%. 4% of Russians count on non-state pension funds.
