The tragedy, which at first glance could not be prevented, broke out on Friday evening in the building of one of the secondary schools in the Moscow region. Before the start of football training, the 11-year-old athlete lost consciousness and never woke up.
As it became known to “MK”, the trouble happened at about seven o’clock in the evening. In case of bad weather conditions, football section training sessions are held on the first floor of the school. When there are no showers and snowstorms, the guys take to the field, but with squally winds and snowfall, the players work out the technique of dribbling in the gym. Nothing foreshadowed trouble: 11-year-old Timofey (name changed) came to training in a cheerful mood, managed to tell his friends how he recently went to the movies.
And when the guys left the locker room into the hall and the warm-up began, he stood up in his tracks and turned pale. The coach hurried to him to find out what happened, and right in front of him the teenager fell unconscious on the floor. The man picked him up, carried him to the locker room and demanded to open the window. The guys, meanwhile, rushed to the guards, some to their phones. The boy’s pulse was not felt. By the time the ambulance arrived, his lips were already blue.
The medical team tried to carry out resuscitation measures, but they all turned out to be pointless – the student died. So far, the results of the autopsy are not known. Presumably, the cause of death could be heart problems or a brain aneurysm. Not so long ago, the footballers of the section underwent a medical examination, and Timofey had no health problems.
