Hyderabad: Schools across Telangana have been reopened from today, which were closed from January 8. All schools have been reopened following Code’s guidelines. In many schools, teachers welcomed students. Physical distance in the classroom was ensured by following the code principles in schools. Parent-teacher meetings were also organized in some schools.

Long queues of students were seen in schools showing enthusiasm for education. Many students mingled with their peers. Virtual classes were arranged by the schools for the students who wanted to continue the virtual classes. Some schools are continuing online classes. Education department officials say more caution is needed.

He advised the administration to give advice to the students regarding the implementation of code principles in schools in the morning. Maintain social distance at lunch. All DEOs and presidents of madrassas need to work together in this regard. He pointed out that awareness among students is needed to ensure compliance with the code. The trust with which parents have sent their children to school needs to be fulfilled.
