The Prosecutor General’s Office of Russia received a new complaint against the rapper Morgenstern. Representatives of the Center for Law Enforcement in Moscow and the Moscow Region presented their claims. The Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation Igor Krasnov is asked to bring Morgenstern to justice under Article 6.21, Part 2 of the Administrative Code for promoting non-traditional sexual relations among minors.
As it became known to “MK”, the head of the Center for Law Enforcement, Alexander Khaminsky, also insists on the initiation of the prosecutor’s office requirements for Roskomnadzor to remove individual artist tracks and clips from information resources, or to restrict access to them if they are not deleted.about:blank
We are talking about the composition “Bratosyn”, which describes incestuous relationships. Based on the position of the human rights defender, such information undoubtedly harms the health and development of minor children and is prohibited from dissemination among persons under the age of 18, i.e. the main audience of the performer. Moreover, as the expert explained, provided for by Art. 6.21 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, offenses do not imply the need to confirm that the information disseminated by this or that person really influenced the formation of non-traditional sexual attitudes or interest in them among its addressees. Consequently, the fact that Morgenstern committed this offense is no longer in doubt.
“This is important not to punish someone in particular, but to protect the still existing adherence to generally accepted moral and ethical attitudes in Russian society and the psychological health of future generations of citizens,” Khaminsky stressed.
