Fontanka’s interlocutors claim that late in the evening on September 6, operatives knocked on the highest doors of the administration: the head of the administration, Eduard Ilyin, the head of the procurement department, Marina Kalinina and her subordinates, as well as the health department: we recall that in the morning its head, Nikita Tikhonov, was detained, now the communication has reached his deputy Ponomarev. The press service of the district promised to comment on what was happening later. Eduard Ilyin himself confirmed the searches in the administration, but not in himself.
According to Fontanka, suspicious competitions have been studied since last year, in December the materials were sent to the OFAS, which initiated its own antimonopoly cases. The same companies appear in them: IP Zadorozhny M.V, LLC Mirny-55, IP Spiridonova Alexandra Andreevna, LLC Lentekhprom, LLC First Gas Company, LLC Ursus. It was they who applied for auctions for the comprehensive cleaning of medical institutions in the Vasileostrovsky district – “City Polyclinic No. 3”, “City Polyclinic No. 4”, “Children’s Dental Clinic No. 1”, “City Dental Clinic No. 2”, “TsSRIIDI Vasileostrovsky District” and others.
Everything would be fine, but OFAS sees undoubted connections between some players: Zadorozhny is simultaneously the director of Mirny-55 LLC and Ursus. The founder of Ursus is his close relative, and the same Alexandra Spiridonova headed the company before Zadorozhny
