Ukraine : The official representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Maria Zakharova, issued a statement in which she accused Western countries of manipulating Ukraine in their own interests.
In a conversation with journalists, the diplomat noted that Kiev is perceived by the West as an instrument of influence and influence, as well as promoting its own interests in the region.
In addition, according to Zakharova, Nezalezhnaya is an excellent testing ground for various accusations against Moscow in order to maintain sanctions pressure on Moscow.
“We need to maintain this fire of sanctions, constantly throw something in there … We took Ukraine, the unfortunate multinational Ukrainian people, as a platform for experiments,” the diplomat noted with regret, quoted by the Izvestia newspaper.
She added that the level of partners is becoming more and more obvious: “that is why Ukraine is perceived as a tool and used.”
