Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Pyotr Tolstoy said that the singer Alla Pugacheva will not become a foreign agent and “lost touch with reality.” This was stated by the parliamentarian on September 18 in the edition “Rise”.

According to Tolstoy, after her statement, the Soviet and Russian performers will lose “the support of decent Russian people.”

“Pugacheva, the former most popular singer in the country, has lost touch with reality so much and is in solidarity with those who today wish Russia’s defeat. Now her place is in the historical museum of the times of the USSR <…> She will not become a foreign agent, and she will no longer find support among decent Russian people. We will win without her songs, ”said the vice speaker of the State Duma.

The day before, Alla Pugacheva published a post on social networks in which she supported her husband, foreign agent Maxim Galkin * (included by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation in the register of individuals-foreign agents) and also asked to be included in the ranks of foreign agents.
